raped infant can not say NO but it does not mean yes.
I am Muslim and I want to say that circumcision was worst experience in my life, I lost very important organ that would help me to protect sensitive part and control sexual stimulation.
Also I suffer from terrible psychological consequences, I was circumcised on age of 3 years old and I feel it was today morning, if I had chance to say something then I would say "stop for God sake! I am human"
