Cut and Uncut

Another picture was sent in to me for showing on the blog the difference between a penis that was cut years ago alongside one that has been left intact. Notice the keratinizing of the glans on the circumcised penis, which greatly reduces sensitivity.

While as a Kiwi I find the photo on the right rather hot - it should be said that some American women won't realise that the foreskin retracts back further than that (in most cases) and it may still appear weird to them. In fact, I've heard countless accounts from American women who didn't realise for some time into a relationship that their partners were intact - they just knew it felt good. A photo showing full retraction would be great!

Agreed, Achelios. The point of this particular picture is to demonstrate the keratinization of the glans when it's exposed for years without the protection of the foreskin. But you are absolutely correct, many women do not realize when an intact penis is fully erect and the foreskin pulls all the way back, it looks very much like a circumcised penis in that the glans are exposed. If anyone would like to submit a series of photographs showing how it looks as the foreskin retracts, it would be very much appreciated!

The foreskin doesn't necessarily "pull back when erect" many look just like the one pictured.

Oh definitely. Sorry, I really should have said "could be pulled all the way back". For sure men's foreskins are all different sizes. Some even have full coverage when erect. But the point really is, it can be pulled back and looks just the same as a circumcised penis, only without the scars.

i just think it is best for men to have an uncut penis because thats the natural way of having it men need to have uncut penis because it is just natural for them. i have an uncut penis and it isnt bad at all its actually really cool to have it uncut. feels much better.

I discovered at age 9 that I could pass for cut by simply pulling the skin as far back as it could go. The boys I grew up with very soon forgot I had a Weird Dick. No one I did high school sports with ever knew I was intact. My wife has said that when I am retracted, I can pass for loosely cut (which is what most American men are). I have read American women say that they did not discover that their husbands were intact until some time after their marriage, because every time she saw him naked, he was also fully erect.

The web reveals that there is fair variety in what men look like Down There, just as breasts and vulvas don't all look alike. And foreskin length is one such variation.

being cut doesnt take away sensitivity at all..do ur research first read stories about guys who have had it done later on...

I live with a cut man. I have read countless stories. I have personally interviewed real live men. According to my personal research, there is a loss of sensitivity when circ'd.

"Anonymous", do you mean stories like these?

and research like this?

Wow, you are so right. Cutting off part of someone else's penis can't possibly make any difference!

Some people like to claim that circumcision doesn't affect sensitivity. Of course, any such claim completely defies logic.

A complete penis has 100% of it's erogenous nerve endings intact and full sensitivity. An amputatation of the penis would result in a total loss of erogenous nerve endings and associated sensation. A partial amputation of the penis (as happens in every circumcision) causes an irreversible loss of erogenous nerve endings and diminished sensitivity. The greater the volume of erogenous tissues amputated, the greater the greater the loss and harm.

thanks for all the work you do to bring awareness to the world about the importance of leaving our babies intact, leaving their sweet body whole and perfect just as they arrived here to the earth.. sweet little angels <3

See The Intactivism Pages.

"cut looks better thou.."
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. The billions of intact men in the developed world and their partners are happy enough with the look of complete, whole penises. All the great Renaissance artists like Michaelangelo and Leonardo da Vinci preferred it so much they showed Jewish figures like David and the child Jesus as intact. Now if I were to defer to an authority, should it be to them, or "anonymous"?

An uncut penis does not look like that in erection, as you can see here: http://www.circumcision.org/images/fig9.jpg

Foreskins come in many sizes. There are some men who do not have coverage (of the glans) at all during erection and some that actually have overhang. It is not true that all intact erect penises look the same. The point of these pictures was to demonstrate the difference in the quality of the skin of the glans.

Circumcised men shouldn't be looked down upon and that's what happens when uncircumcised men call their penises intact and uncut while calling circumcised men's penises cut like they're castrated. I get it that you want to end circumcision but what are cut men to do? Say that they're penises are useless? Reattaching the foreskin is a tedious process and very expensive, plus there's no guarantee he'd regain all the sensitivity they allegedly lost. My man is an American and I love his penis.

Wish I was the woman holding onto that uncut cock. I'd suck it all day and everyday.

I have to agree with anonymous. It looks much prettier intact and is quiet appetizing. The circ'd penis looks dried out while the intact one is shiny and clean looking.

I have never seen a cut penis untill now. Wow its ugly, do they both work and feel the same for a woman durring intercorse? I dont think i could preform oral on a cut man. If a male is healty why is the foreskin removed at birth? Linda.b2011@ymail.com

I actually have done a lot of research into the matter and from everything i have read and according to everyone i have spoken to, you lose almost 50% of sensitivity within the first 5 years of having it cut. additionally from what i understand older men start to lose even more sensitivity down their after time. Personally i prefer uncut, and will never have any of my children cut. i think most people remove it in babies for religious reasons and because some people think it is necessary as it has been around for so long people don't question it in the countries were it is traditionally done. i've heard doctors claim it probably used to have a legitimate reason in biblical times but now it is all about ascetics.
